This 550-space garage in the center of a block in downtown Spartanburg was constructed to serve the needs of the Extended Stay America (ESA) Headquarters Office Building on one side and the existing Spartan Centre Office Building on the other side. The exterior precast concrete panels and the brick veneer on different portions of the building were used to complement these adjacent buildings in this urban setting. The garage also incorporated the design of a bank drive-in teller operation on the lower level.
