The project consisted of construction of four levels of luxury condominiums over a one-story garage along Main Street in downtown Greenville. The 19 condominiums ranged in size from 1,500 to 3,200 square feet, each with their own private terrace to provide views of the surrounding city scape. The units were designed with an upscale finish package including prefinished hardwood flooring, large crown molding and interior trim, vent-less fireplaces, granite kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and gas cooktops. The one-story parking garage was constructed using post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete. The residential units were all constructed with wood framing and prefabricated wood joists. The exterior skin consisted of a combination of brick veneer and synthetic stucco.
