This study was requested by the College of Charleston to establish the feasibility and cost to renovate the baseball stadium with new seating, new press facilities, new dugouts, and new roofs over the adjacent seating areas for baseball, softball, and soccer. The baseball stadium was planned for approximately 855 seats with improved access from the top of the stadium down into the seating areas.
