Master Planning and Conceptual Design
This master plan was prepared to relocate an existing grocery store into a new larger building and to provide additional compatible supporting retail and a traditional neighborhood development. The project was to be developed in three phases with a total of 65 residential units, a village green, and small retail shops, in addition to the grocery store. Pedestrian connections were provided to make the neighborhood easily walkable to the downtown commercial district.
