Master Planning and Conceptual Design
This master plan was prepared to create a mixed use village on Louisburg Road on the outskirts of the City of Raleigh. The village included a traditional neighborhood community with a variety of living units from a 4 story condominium, to townhomes, to single family residences. The commercial district included a grocery store, an office building, restaurants, and supporting retail space. The residential and commercial districts were connected by the entrance road with a central roundabout and other pedestrian linkages in this walkable community.
