This preliminary study included the master planning and design for a corporate airport terminal building located across the runway from the current out-of-date facility. The single level 8,000 square foot building was designed to provide a new image for the community's economic development effort and relocate the terminal building out of the existing adjacent residential areas.
This project was designed with the scale, materials, and finishes to recall key image projects in the Spartanburg community and yet provide a very unique progressive image.
This project was completed by Kenneth M. Betsch, AIA while a Managing Principal with Odell Associates, Inc.
