This new 31,863 square-foot building, overlooking the existing soccer / lacrosse stadium, was designed to serve as the new home for the men's and women's lacrosse and soccer programs, including locker rooms, team lounges, and coaches' offices. The facility also provided a new academic support area, new athletic training suite with hydrotherapy pools, athletic director's suite, media suite, and interior camera positions. The entire third floor is a large hospitality suite with two rows of stadium seating, operable windows, and an excellent view of the playing field.
The building's exterior style and use of a modified Flemish brick bond, large cornices, and heavy window trim were all designed to match the other newer buildings on campus.
