This renovation of the existing Tiger Den into the expanded President's Suite included a renovated seating area with 198 new stadium chairs, new lounge area, widening of the access from the lounge to the seating area to provide an expansive view of the field, new toilets, new registration area, and new finishes throughout. It also included renovation of the adjacent press lounge and addition of a suite for the athletic director.
It was bid below budget which allowed acceptance of all of the alternate bids. It was also completed in a very tight schedule with one month for design and 3 months for construction to be ready for the opening of the 2013 football season.
